Who We Are
The Second Generation Holocaust Education Fund was formed by a New Jersey group of sons and daughters of survivors of Nazi persecution. As children of Holocaust survivors, we have come from families decimated by the evil of others, and believe it is absolutely not enough to deny that it could happen again. The tragedies of the Holocaust must be remembered and retold to the generations to come. Our group's mission is to ensure that people understand that the horrors of genocide stem from prejudice and ignorance. Such understanding comes about only from education.

Through its educational programs, Second Generation members hope to contribute to the understanding that is necessary to ensure that no such atrocity ever occurs again. The Second Generation Holocaust Education Fund donates books and videos to educators in grades kindergarten through college, and has arranged for Holocaust survivors and liberators to address students in schools across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
